What exactly is the point of this if the kids can delete it, tracking isn't correct and location notifications tell you the wrong thing, doesn't pause internet

This app is not what is is cracked up to be. The child can switch to VPN and then the app doesn't monitor anything and doesn't let the parent about it. Apple text messages don't show up in the call/text section. The child can shut off features and IF a message is sent to parent, to turn it back on the child has to accept it. I am purchasing this feature, I should be able to control all this from my phone and the child should not have the ability to do anything from theirs.

A really good app but you can't add emails. A lot of my kid's friends have iCloud emails and I can't add them. That is the only issue with this app

This app is getting worse over time, not better. 1.3 mile radius, seriously. $9.99 a month to not be able to locate the other person. SMH

It's not very user friendly. I don't have many options compared to other apps like this. It's annoying that if you set time restrictions (school or night hours) that they never get the messages and people cant leave vm. With other parent apps, they would still get the messages when their phone unlocked. Wish their was just an option to "lock phone" but I have to go set time and turn on time restrictions every time. Also, the time restrictions do y even always work

This app never works. Waste of time and money.

Always disconnects from my kids phone constantly and if they aren't with me I can't reconnect. Also it will say it's connected when it isn't. Worst app I've ever used.

Jillian Chodkowski

Excellent app for families with young teens.

Sucks. No option to limit total daily minutes. Can only set on and off time. And even that is a fail. If they switch to wifi only, the phone keeps working. Location is OK at best. The map will regularly say a location 'within 500 yards,' or some other ridiculous range. If you had to get to your kid fast, a 500 yard radius Is huge. F verizon.
